William Solomon MD FAAP

Dr. Solomon is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Solomon completed his residency training at Children’s Hospital of San Francisco (now California Pacific Medical Center) and served as Chief Resident in Pediatrics as well.

Dr. Solomon holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from the School of Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College after receiving a Bachelors degree from Yale University.

Prior to entering full time private practice, Dr. Solomon was the director of Pediatric Ambulatory Services at Children’s Hospital of San Francisco, caring for patients in the outpatient Pediatric clinic and teaching medical students and Pediatric residents. He merged his private practice with Dr. Kelly and Dr. Rostek in 1995, a decision he wishes he had done much sooner!

Dr. Solomon, his wife, and his daughter have lived in the Bay Area for more than three decades, and he enjoys the community with all its opportunities for cultural and outdoor activities. When there is time he enjoys travel and in particular ecotourist destinations.
